“ A quick coffee boost after a sun-soaked session at Nyang Nyang Beach, and BGS is the perfect choice for today! BGS Uluwatu—a coffee shop, or as they say, a surf shop complemented by a coffee joint. I've frequented their Canggu spot before, and now it's time to check out the Uluwatu branch. As always, I went for the trusty Iced Black and couldn't resist their famous Latte Almond. No need to rave about their coffee—it's great. And their staff? Love them! Also eyeing their CHPO sunglasses collection; thank goodness I can order them online, as I'm not sure when I'll be back at BGS in the soonest time. ”
“ BGS is part of my morning routine. Just walk across the street from Kala Surf Camp and get a warm welcome and very good coffee. The staff is very nice and the local vibe is still chill and easy going. Lots of nice local and expat community people, dogs create this nice atmosphere. My go to every day... ”
“ -I visited the first BGS store in Pecatu. -They also sell surfing gear and VANS shoes inside (on top of that, The Rip Curl store is right next to BGS). -The almond milk at BGS is different from others; it has a noticeable salty aftertaste -Server was really warm and chatty. -Recommended menu by the staff: Almond Milk Latte (IDR 45.000) ”
“ Great local spot for coffee and just hanging out. The almond milk latte is a speciality well worth going out of your way to try. They make their own almond milk and it is delicious. The coffee is also excellent. From Sumatra. We bought some beans to bring home. They also have some nice sunglasses made of recycled plastic bottles, and other surf wear. And above all, staff is super welcoming, friendly and engaging. ”
